Hi,
Greetings. Ive been trying to evaluate ASI Frontdesk Freeware System and Ive come across one issue wherein the wrong values are reflected in the report Monthly Balance Due. Refer to the attachments for the details. An amount of 1000 is reflected on jan 13th, and leaves a balance of 510 for a customer. On jan 14th the guests checks out leaving a balance of 510. On the monthly balance due report, the 1000 partial payment is not reflected and instead reflects the whole amount of 1510.
The partial payment of 1000 made by the customer is not reflected in the monthly balance due report and instead reflects the full amount of 1510.
Kindly see the attachments, noting the areas marked in RED.
